Job DescriptionAbout the jobJob Description: We're looking for a agile and experienced Branch Manager- Chandigarh to lead our operations in Punjab (Chandigarh/Ludhiana/Amritsar). This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2C sales, team leadership, and branch profitability.Responsibilities- Direct Sales Experience of 12-18 years (B2C Sales) required with exposure to Branch operations management and Overall P&L; management- Oversee all branch activities to ensure efficient and profitable operation- Lead hiring, training, and performance management of branch staff- Drive monthly target planning and distribution across team- Execute lead generation strategies with marketing teams and monitor conversion trend- Assess local market conditions and identify new sales opportunities- Manage pull leads from digital channels, referrals,



and other source- Track and optimize lead-to-sale performance weekly- Foster team engagement through coaching, training, and motivation- Maintain a strong talent pipeline by hiring high-energy professional- Control operational costs to ensure profitability- Resolve member complaints and escalations within defined timelineQualifications- MBA or equivalent in Business- 12–18 years of direct B2C sales experience with stability- Prior exposure to branch operations and P&L; management- Industry experience in Time Share, Real Estate or Insurance (Direct Sales) preferredSkills- Solid leadership and people management- Results-oriented with execution excellence- High energy and passion for customer engagement- Exceptional communication and organizational skill
