The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in concept development, space planning, client coordination, technical drawings, and project execution. Experience in retail fit-outs, commercial interiors, and furniture detailing is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative design concepts for retail, commercial, and corporate interior projects.- Prepare space planning, layout plans, working drawings, and detailed furniture drawings.- Create high-quality 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.- Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor elements.- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.- Coordinate with production, project, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth implementation.- Conduct site visits,



monitor project progress, and resolve design-related issues.- Ensure projects are completed within quality standards, budget, and timelines.- Mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining design excellence.Required Skills- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.- Excellent knowledge of space planning, furniture detailing, and material selection.- Ability to prepare working drawings and shop drawings.- Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills.- Knowledge of retail fixtures, modular furniture, and manufacturing processes.- Good understanding of project coordination and execution.- Proficiency in MS Office.Preferred Candidate Profile- 5–8 years of experience in retail interior design, commercial interiors, or fit-out projects.- Experience in furniture manufacturing or retail fixture design is an added advantage.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Key Competencies- Creative Thinking- Design Development- Client Relationship Management- Project Coordination- Leadership & Team Management- Attention to Detail- Time Management- Quality FocusCandidates can share resume and portfolio on - (phone hidden)
