We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and strengthen our finance function.Role OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhenkanal. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial insights for decision-making.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform bank, ledger, and inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Handle GST, TDS,



and other applicable statutory filings and documentation
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management as required
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams during audits and reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closing of accountsRequired Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements independently
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skillsEmployment Type
