Job DescriptionResponsibilities- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of cell manufacturing equipment.- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related breakdowns.- Ensure high equipment uptime and minimize production losses.- Maintain and troubleshoot automated production lines, conveyors, robots, PLCs, VFDs, and SCADA systems.- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).- Monitor machine health parameters and recommend improvement actions.- Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of current equipment.- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and manufacturing standards.- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and equipment performance dashboards.- Participate in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.QualificationsQualification- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
