Ltd. is looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified – ICAI) to join its Finance & Accounts team.We welcome applications from freshly qualified Chartered Accountants and experienced professionals passionate about financial reporting, taxation, auditing, costing, compliance, budgeting, and business finance.This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a rapid-growing manufacturing and export organization while gaining exposure to strategic finance, operational excellence, and business decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting & Reporting- Prepare and finalize financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.- Review books of accounts, journal entries, and ledger reconciliations.- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.- Prepare management reports (MIS) and financial dashboards.Taxation & Compliance- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and other statutory compliances.- Prepare and review tax returns and statutory filings.- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for assessments and notices.- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.Audit & Internal Controls- Coordinate Statutory, Internal, Cost, and Tax Audits.- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.- Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes.- Assist in implementing audit recommendations.Budgeting & Financial Planning- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.- Perform variance analysis and profitability reporting.- Assist management in financial decision-making.Costing & Business Finance- Monitor product costing and inventory valuation.- Analyze manufacturing costs and operational efficiencies.- Support pricing and profitability analysis.Banking & Treasury- Handle banking transactions and reconciliations.- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.- Assist in loan documentation and banking compliance.Eligibility- Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)- Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers & Experienced)- Freshly qualified CAs (2025 & 2026 batches) are encouraged to apply.Skills: finance,financial planning,tax,budgeting
