- Expertise in design and development of the following products is mandatory:- Motors – BLDC, PMSM, Stepper, Synchronous, Brushed DC, Induction- Sensors – Hall Assemblies, LVDTs, RVDTs, Resolvers- Actuators – Electromechanical Actuators, Direct Drive, Gear Drive- Solenoids – Push/Pull, Single/Multi Coil, Pressurised Applications
- Expertise in analytical design and CAD design using FEM tools:- Maxwell- RMXprt- Speed- MotorCAD- Flux- Magnet
- Experience in creating new designs from scratch independently.
- Experience in product development, test & validation, and qualification testing.
- Working knowledge of servo electronics, data acquisition, LabVIEW or similar tools for testing the above-mentioned products.
- Experience in Aerospace, Space & Defence industry and AS9100 process.
- Innovative thinking for recent technology developments.Responsibilities




- Design and develop electromechanical products and subsystems such as servo motors, sensors, electromechanical actuators and solenoids.
- Perform electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
- Conceptualize, design and detail components & LRUs for Aerospace, Space, Defence and special applications.
- Responsible for New Product Development.
- Design necessary test rigs.
- Transfer technology to the production team by preparing assembly process documentation, work instructions, test procedures and test reports.
