The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules and hands-on experience in implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects.Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle CX Cloud applications.
- Gather business requirements and recommend Oracle CX solutions.
- Configure Oracle CX modules based on business needs.
- Support application enhancements and change requests.
- Work closely with business users to optimize customer engagement processes.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve functional incidents.
- Drive user adoption and business process improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations.
- Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and support projects.
