The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Salesforce initiatives, architecting solutions, and guiding teams to deliver scalable and productive CRM implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Agentforce).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.Ensure integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.Oversee system maintenance, upgrades,
