As an Operations Head at SharePal, you will be responsible for running the Operations function effectively & efficiently. The primary responsibilities will include:- Order fulfilment planning and coordinating with the Operation leads across all warehouses- Closely monitoring the delivery & pick-up process and improving key operations metrics- Leading a team of operations leads and support staff across all warehouses- Demand forecasting, creating an inventory & resource plan- Driving process improvement and improve the overall customer experience- Establishing relationship with delivery partners and negotiating the best possible deals- Leading stock audit processes to reduce/eliminate shrinkageWe are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and get the job done type of individual to lead our Operations function.
