Youll be the person teams look up to for guidance, escalation support, decision-making, and day-to-day operational clarity.- Managing the pulse of the medical team. From ensuring smooth daily deliverables to handling complex operational situations, people challenges, and clinical escalations.- Working closely with leadership to build and improve how healthcare is delivered at scale systems, processes, patient journeys, and doctor operations.- Bringing together medicine and business operations. Youll constantly work at the intersection of clinical quality, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams Operations, Health Coaches, psychology, product, and leadership to build a truly integrated healthcare ecosystem.- Handling high-impact conversations. Whether its supporting teams through difficult situations, managing escalations, or driving alignment across departments.- Becoming the kind of doctor-leader who doesnt just treat patients but shapes how an entire healthcare system functions.**Qualifications Required:**- Completed MBBS and pursued an MBA from a top-tier institution in India.- Naturally gravitates towards leadership, decision-making, and building systems,



not just clinical practice alone.- Curious about the business side of healthcare operations, business, scalability, patient outcomes, and how healthcare systems evolve.- Enjoys solving problems at scale.
