Narayan Kumar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to support the procurement team in sourcing construction materials, maintaining vendor relationships, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and compare prices.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure on-time supply.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase registers, and documentation.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers and stores for material requirements.
- Support vendor evaluation and maintain supplier databases.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly purchase reports.
- Assist senior purchase team members with procurement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or any relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement (Freshers with positive knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of construction materials is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
