Position Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with hands-on experience to manage our purchase accounting, procurement workflows, and basic GST compliance. In this role, you will bridge the gap between vendors and finance, ensuring all commercial transactions are accurately recorded in Tally and integrated smoothly across our CRM and ERP systems.

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Purchase & Procurement Accounting: Record purchase orders (POs), inward bills, and vendor invoices; verify them against goods received notes (GRNs) to ensure matching accuracy.
- Tally & Data Management: Process daily accounting entries in Tally (TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9) for payments, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
- System Syncing: Update customer and vendor interactions, milestone payments, and commercial documentation across our CRM and ERP platforms.
- GST Compliance: Assist in preparing data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), performing GSTR-2B reconciliations to ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims on purchases.
- Vendor & Accounts Payable: Reconcile vendor accounts regularly,



handle outstanding balances, and schedule timely payments based on credit periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate degree in Commerce (B. Com) or Finance (BBA).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of core experience in an accounting or data entry role.
- Software: Strong proficiency in Tally, alongside working familiarity with ERP packages and CRM systems.
- Taxation: Solid fundamental knowledge of Indian taxation, specifically GST rules regarding purchases and TDS deductions.
- Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of the purchase cycle (PO to Payment), vendor ledger reconciliation, and stock/inventory management basics.
- MS Excel: Good grasp of spreadsheets for data cleaning and reconciliation (using basic formulas and lookups).
