Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM MEP Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in delivering high-quality MEP BIM models for **Indian, US, and UK projects**. The candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in BIM tools and a solid understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1 .Develop and manage detailed **MEP BIM models** using Revit MEP
2*.Prepare **shop drawings, construction drawings, and coordinated models** Perform **clash detection and coordination** using Navisworks *
3. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams
4*.Ensure compliance with **BIM standards, project requirements, and international codes (US/UK/India*
5.Extract **BOQs, schedules, and reports** from BIM models




6*.Maintain model accuracy and ensure timely delivery * Resolve design and coordination issues proactively

Skills & Software Expertise
* Revit MEP* Revit (basic coordination knowledge)* AutoCAD* Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
Solid understanding of *MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)*
* Knowledge of **BIM standards, LOD, and workflows**
Experience in **Indian, US, and UK projects**
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Experience & Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in BIM MEP Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field International project experience (US/UK) preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
