Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Lounge Manager to lead operations at our INEJ Executive Lounge Chennai.
Position:- Lounge Manager
Location:- INEJ Executive Lounge, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the lounge.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and operational policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve escalations promptly and professionally.
- Oversee staffing, shift planning, attendance, grooming, and performance management.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and support teams for seamless operations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and operational expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Drive service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality operations, including at least 12 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in lounges, hotels, airports, railway lounges, premium hospitality, or food & beverage operations will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment and work in rotational shifts.
