Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant for Kadi, Distt. Mehasana (Gujarat) location to oversee general accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
- Ensure timely filing of taxes and statutory compliance





Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5–8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
