About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in financial management, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations

- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements

- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances

- Monitor cash flow, banking, and fund management

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations

- Coordinate internal and external audits

- Ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance

- Support management with financial planning and decision-making

Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

- 3–5 years of relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) candidates will be preferred

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
