Designation - Manager – Partner Success
Experience - 3 to 5 Years
- 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B, SaaS, IT channel sales, or ERP ecosystem management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Tally, or similar).
- Robust understanding of partner-led growth models, channel sales, and multi-tier distribution networks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale a team of 10–15 professionals
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, KPI dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to travel across cities for partner engagement and activation drives
- Deep empathy for India’s SME and MSME landscape — understanding both the aspiration and the anxiety of business owners.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
