Join Gangadhar Ind-Tree and power up your career! We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth for our top-tier Mahindra Diesel Generators division.

If you have a strong technical understanding, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for industrial sales, we want you on our team!

YOUR ROLE:

Lead Generation: Identify and convert potential B2B leads into successful sales for Mahindra Diesel Generators.

Technical Consulting: Understand customer requirements and provide customized, power-backed technical solutions.

Site Visits: Conduct in office assessments and develop tailored technical & commercial proposals.

Relationship Building: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industries.

WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR:





Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in industrial product sales or generator sales (Mahindra or other leading DG brands experience will be a huge plus).

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation abilities, and solid technical knowledge.

Mindset: A leadership mindset with the capability to manage team goals effectively.

LOCATIONE

Rajkot | Ahmadabad | Mumbai

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
