Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create solutions that enhance user satisfaction and support business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Participate in the end-to-end UX design process, from requirement gathering to final design delivery.
- Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Apply modern UX methodologies, design tools, and industry best practices to improve user experiences.
- Maintain design consistency by following established design systems, reusable components, and brand guidelines.
- Identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns through user research and stakeholder discussions.
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback analysis to enhance product usability.
- Review and refine design deliverables to ensure quality and consistency.
- Design responsive and mobile-first user experiences across different devices and screen sizes.




- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Work closely with senior designers and product teams to continuously improve user experience.

Must Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and user flow creation.
- Familiarity with Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Developer Handoff processes.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap and Material UI design principles.
- Understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Mobile App Design, or Digital Experience Design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to SaaS, enterprise applications, fintech, healthcare, or eCommerce products is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving approach is mandatory.
