- Coordination from sampling till shipment

- Supervising application of barcode labels wash care labels and packaging in inner and master cartons
- Approval of patterns measurement charts samples etc
- responsible for issuing of patterns measurement charts approved samples to respective production unit
- technical briefing on samples plus patterns plus measurement charts to production allotted units before starting of the production
- coordination of production, finishing and packaging
- helping production unit in understanding and explaining of a new style
- coordination with the production unit in explaining the critical measurements points of product coordination with the production in-charge for smooth adaptation of any style
