Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Thrissur

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and supervise production staff for smooth and effective operations.

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor
- Total 4–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Willingness to relocate

Skills Required:

- Production planning and supervision
- Team leadership
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication and coordination

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years in a Production Supervisor role




- Overall 4–5 years of production/manufacturing experience

Salary:

- ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours:

- Full-time

Reporting To:

- Production Manager / Plant Manager

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Production management: 2 years (Required)

Location:

- Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur) (Preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (Preferred)
