Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining our products/services to customers, maintaining customer records, and following up for conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided.
- Explain the company’s products/services clearly and confidently.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain and update customer database in the system.




- Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when needed.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in [English / Tamil
- Good listening skills and patience in handling customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
