* Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) based on drawings and 3d Views and
specifications.
* Take off quantities from drawings and specifications and rate analysis.
* Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities.
* Assist in preparation of tender documents and bid analysis.
* Track project progress and prepare interim payment applications.
* Verify contractor bills and invoices.
* Maintain records of variations, changes, and claims.
* Coordinate with design, project architect and site teams.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract terms.
* Support senior QS in all documentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
