- Respond to customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers after internal coordination.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and quotations.
2. Export Compliance & Product Eligibility
- Verify whether products are eligible for export and check for any restricted or regulated items.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
3. Coordination with CHA (Custom House Agent)
- Coordinate with CHA for freight rates, customs clearance, and shipment planning.
- Ensure smooth execution of export shipments.
4. Export Documentation
- Prepare export documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, and other related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of documentation.
5. Order Management
- Manage orders from booking to dispatch and track shipment status.
- Provide shipment updates to customers when required.
6. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, dispatch,
and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
7. QA Coordination
- Coordinate with the QA team for documentation such as COA, MSDS, and other technical data required by customers.
- Ensure correct documentation is shared with customers and attached with export shipments.
8. Export Certificates & Regulatory Documents
- Apply for necessary export documents such as Certificate of Origin and other regulatory documents.
9. Payment Follow-ups & Banking Documentation
- Follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Submit export documents to the bank for export realization and compliance.
