Job Role

We are hiring experienced Senior Maintenance Technicians for plant maintenance operations in a heavy engineering/manufacturing environment. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
- Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
- Performing preventive & predictive maintenance (PPM) activities
- Maintenance of EOT Cranes and Conveyor systems
- Servicing Hydraulic Presses and Pneumatic systems
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for machine failures
- Following plant safety procedures, 5S, and LOTO standards
- Minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth production operations





Eligibility CriteriaExperience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
- Heavy Engineering
- Automotive Manufacturing
- Industrial Plant Maintenance

Qualification

- ITI (Electrical)
- Diploma (EEE)
- BE/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics / Electrical)

Required Skills

- Hydraulic systems maintenance
- Pneumatic systems troubleshooting
- Conveyor maintenance & tracking
- Electrical fault finding
- Reading electrical schematics & engineering drawings
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Salary & Advantages
