Salary: ₹40,000 (In-hand) per month

- B.Com / M.Com
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate must be proficient in Tally and MS Excel and should be capable of leading a small finance team while ensuring accurate financial records and timely compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other taxation-related activities.
- Manage e-filing of statutory returns and ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and reconciliations.
- Work efficiently using Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Lead and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Assist in audits and maintain proper financial documentation.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of taxation, GST, TDS, and e-filing.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
