- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer orders, Forecasts, and internal goals.
- Monitor production progress and ensure adherence to plans, adjusting schedules as necessary due to delays, equipment failure, or material shortages.
- Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and production teams to ensure material availability and workflow efficiency.
- Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks,inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production capacity.
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting tools (ERP/MRP systems).
- Participate in capacity planning, workforce scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure output meets company andcustomer standards.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, capacity utilisation, and deliverytimelines for management.
- Support budgeting and cost control efforts related to production activities.
