Job Description:

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

3. Train and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.

4. Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing waste.

5. Address guest complaints promptly and collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience & Education Required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management

2. Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel such Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Post Card , Hilton, Hyatt and like wise.

3. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and health and safety regulations.
