Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Care Manager to ensure excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle sales journey.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries
- Improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales teams
- Follow up with customers
- Maintain CRM records

Requirements

- Graduate
- 3–5 years of automobile sales/customer care experience
- Valuable communication skills
- Good system knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
