# Job Summary

ITRH Clothings Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Accessories Designer to develop and manage garment accessories that complement our luxury couture collections for women and men. The role requires close coordination with the design, merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure every accessory aligns with the brand's design language, quality standards, and collection timelines.

# Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop garment accessories and trims for luxury couture collections.

* Research seasonal trends, trims, embellishments, and innovative accessory techniques suitable for couture garments.

* Source and develop accessories including buttons, buckles, belts, tassels, fringes, laces, cords, appliqués, patches, labels, hang tags, drawstrings, decorative trims, and custom embellishment components.

* Coordinate with embroidery units, artisans, vendors, and suppliers for accessory development and sampling.

* Create design concepts, mood boards, technical specifications, and development sheets for all accessories.

* Ensure accessories complement garment silhouettes, fabrics, embroidery, and overall collection aesthetics.

* Follow up on sample development, approvals, revisions, and bulk production readiness.

* Maintain accessory libraries, vendor databases, costing records, and development documentation.





* Work closely with the Design, Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams to ensure timely execution.

* Visit local markets and vendors for sourcing and product development as required.

* Ensure all accessories meet ITRH's quality, finishing, and luxury craftsmanship standards.

# Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in luxury apparel, couture, or garment accessory development.

* Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong understanding of couture accessories may also be considered.

# Skills Required

* Strong knowledge of garment trims, couture embellishments, and accessory development.

* Understanding of luxury garment construction and finishing.

* Experience in sourcing materials and coordinating with vendors.

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple developments while meeting strict deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

# Preferred Experience

* Experience working with couture, bridal, occasion wear, or luxury fashion brands.

* Knowledge of hand embroidery techniques, surface ornamentation, and premium trims.

* Familiarity with sampling, merchandising coordination, and production workflows.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
