We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to work in Operations, CS and pricing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage air export operations, ensuring timely and effective shipment handling.
Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth export processes.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and air freight policies.
Monitor cargo movement, booking schedules, and shipment tracking.
Manage cost control, freight negotiations, and vendor relationships.
Maintain proper documentation, including airway bills, export declarations, and shipping instructions.
Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure high service quality.
Robust knowledge of IATA regulations,
Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance
- 5-8 years of experience in air export, freight forwarding, or logistics operations.
- Experience in handling air cargo documentation, airline coordination, and export compliance.
- Diploma or certification in Air Cargo Management, Freight Forwarding, or IATA (preferred).
