Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to lead large-scale blue-collar recruitment operations across Mumbai. The incumbent will own sourcing strategy, recruiter productivity, manpower mobilisation, stakeholder management and end-to-end hiring delivery. The candidate must possess a strong network across Mumbai and should be capable of mobilising manpower batches of 15–50 candidates through contractors, team leaders, referral networks and field channels.

Mandatory Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 7–12+ years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Must have lived and worked in Mumbai continuously for at least the last five years.
- Experience recruiting janitors, housekeeping staff, facility management staff, helpers, technicians, logistics and warehouse manpower.
- Prior experience managing recruitment teams of 5–6 recruiters.
- Established relationships with labour contractors, team leaders, manpower suppliers and placement agencies.
- Willing to travel extensively across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for blue-collar workforce.
- Manage recruiter productivity of minimum 30 successful hires per recruiter every month.
- Build robust sourcing pipelines through contractors, labour hubs, NGOs, ITIs, referrals, community groups and job fairs.
- Develop relationships with Mumbai-based team leaders capable of supplying batches of 15–50 candidates.




- Conduct daily review meetings and performance coaching.
- Monitor sourcing, interviews, offers, joinings and onboarding.
- Coordinate with operations, HR and client teams for timely deployment.
- Publish daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS.
- Ensure hiring quality, joining ratio and SLA adherence.

Leadership Expectations

- Lead and motivate a team of 5–6 recruiters.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance and drive accountability.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies and conversion improvement.
- Build a high-performance recruitment culture.

Compensation

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
