Key Responsibilities
*Graphic Design*
Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.
Create visually appealing infographics, banners, brochures, e-books, and educational materials.
Develop creative concepts and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and academic teams to create compelling visual communication.
*Video Editing*
Edit and produce engaging videos for online courses, social media platforms, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
Create short-form video content such as reels, shorts, and promotional clips.
Optimize video content for various digital platforms and audiences.
Collaboration & Content Development
Work closely with content creators, instructors, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging content formats.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (EdTech experience preferred).




Robust portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Experience with motion graphics and basic animation.
Ability to create engaging social media creatives and video content.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating educational or e-learning content.
Knowledge of YouTube content optimization and social media video trends.
Familiarity with AI-based design and video editing tools.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, and content production.
