Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in Performance Marketing and Mobile App Marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, driving quality leads, app installs, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Drive quality leads, app installs, and revenue through paid marketing campaigns.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Meta Events, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Work with AppsFlyer (MMP) for campaign attribution and performance tracking.
- Use CleverTap to analyze user behavior, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPI, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Meta Events, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (MMP) and CleverTap.
- Experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating revenue through paid marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent understanding of campaign metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPI, and Conversion Rate.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
