Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Video Editor to support our digital content initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to video production, editing, and storytelling across digital platforms while working closely with editorial and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and basic motion graphics.
- Coordinate with content, editorial, and social media teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Maintain video archives and follow brand and editorial guidelines consistently.

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.




- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
