We are looking for a Factory Finance Manager to lead all financial activities at our manufacturing facility. This role ensures accurate reporting, solid cost control, compliance, and financial support to plant operations. *Key Responsibilities:*
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Manage plant accounting in SAP
- Lead monthly closing, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and company policies
2. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor material, labour, and overhead costs
- Analyze cost variances and recommend improvements
3. Financial Controls & Compliance




- Maintain internal controls
- Support internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports for plant leadership
- Track KPIs such as cost per unit, inventory, and working capital
5. Business Partnering
- Support operations, supply chain, and procurement with financial insights
- Provide analysis for capex, pricing, and production decisions
6. Systems & Vendor Management
- Improve financial processes using SAP
