Expertise in reporting and dashboard creation; familiarity with value realization methodologies (desirable). Coordinate governance, reporting, and performance tracking timelines across the portfolio. Establish and maintain KPIs to monitor project performance and value realization metrics; provide regular updates to senior management. Prepare clear reports and presentations summarizing project status, findings, and recommendations. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to value realization initiatives. Foster continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and encouraging feedback. Support data analysis, scenario modeling, and dashboard development for performance tracking.
