Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and cooperative Software Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will be a key Individual Contributor responsible for building high-quality, engaging features that delight our users. RequirementsWhat you will do

- Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.

- Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

- Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players.

- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups,



and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively.

- Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.

- Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.

- Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.

- Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

- A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

- B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

- Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments.
