General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations. The role focuses on driving efficiency, controlling costs, ensuring quality and compliance, and leading cross-functional teams, while supporting expansion initiatives and continuous improvement to achieve business growth Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless execution of daily operations across functions, maintaining productivity and minimizing disruptions
* Drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency, reduce quality issues, and achieve cost savings
* Lead and support strategic initiatives, including factory setup, warehouse development,



and expansion projects
* Manage operational costs through effective resource utilization and strict budget adherence
* Lead, mentor, and develop teams while building strong leadership pipelines and succession plans
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards such as ISO, FSSC, HACCP, and statutory requirements
* Optimize inventory levels to balance demand, reduce holding costs, and prevent stockouts
* Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost advantages
* Define, track, and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and strategic alignment
* Enforce company policies, ensuring discipline, accountability, and adherence across teams
