CTC: 4 to 4.5 LPA Role Overview The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network, ensuring consistent lead generation, partner management, and high-quality portfolio onboarding across the assigned region. Key Responsibilities Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through existing and new DSAs. Build and maintain solid working relationships with DSAs and connectors. Handle file sourcing, documentation, login, and coordination with credit teams. Track daily sourcing and ensure achievement of monthly business targets. Conduct regular market visits to expand sourcing channels. Ensure policy adherence and maintain quality sourcing.
Provide customer support from login to disbursement. Candidate Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP (DSA sourcing preferred). Strong understanding of local market dynamics and DSA channel functioning. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
