As a Senior Engineer Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS / PCM / EPCMS), you will design, configure, and deliver planning and cost management solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, Long-Range Planning, and Profitability & Cost Management. You will work hands-on to build forecasting, budgeting, and cost allocation models, partner with finance teams to align processes, and support integrations across ERP and EPM applications. This role combines functional finance knowledge with technical configuration skills in both Planning Cloud (EPBCS) and Oracle PCM/EPCMS, enabling you to play a key role in T-Mobile's finance transformation.

What Youll Do:

- Design, build, and maintain Oracle PCM/EPCMS models including cost allocation rules, stage assignments, driver definitions, and profitability views.
- Implement EPCMS configurations for enterprise cost management, supporting cross-departmental allocations and cost transparency initiatives.
- Configure EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long Range Planning.
- Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Partner with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
- Build and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
- Support integrations with ERP and EPM systems (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, PCM) through Data Management and OIC.
- Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post go live support.




- Provide production support for planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with global teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to reusable design patterns across EPBCS and PCM/EPCMS platforms.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field, plus relevant years of experience in a related technical discipline.
- Hands on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long Range Planning modules.
- Working knowledge of Oracle PCM or EPCMS including cost model design, allocation methodologies (activity-based, step-down), and driver configuration.
- Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
- Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Must Have Skills:

- 5 9 years of Oracle EPM experience with demonstrated experience with Oracle PCM or EPCMS cost model build, rule sets, stage management, and reporting views.
- Hands on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long Range Planning modules.
- Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
- Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
- Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

- Oracle Certifications in Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS) and/or Profitability and Cost Management (PCM/EPCMS).
- Experience configuring multi-dimensional PCM models for telecom, financial services, or similarly complex cost structures.
- Familiarity with Oracle EPCMS reporting and analytics capabilities for cost transparency and management insight delivery.
- Exposure to predictive planning, scenario modeling, and narrative reporting.
- Scripting knowledge (Groovy, SQL) for advanced rules and automation.
- Experience working with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and CI/CD practices.
