We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview & Exchange Architect to design and manage enterprise-scale messaging, compliance, and data governance solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview.
- Strong expertise in Information Protection, DLP, Retention, Records Management, eDiscovery, Audit, Communication Compliance, and Insider Risk Management.
- Experience with Exchange Online, mail flow design, mailbox migrations, and Exchange Online Protection (EOP).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, anti-phishing, Protected Links, and Safe Attachments.
- Strong PowerShell skills (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Security & Compliance).
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO 27001.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Microsoft Purview compliance and governance solutions.




- Configure sensitivity labels, DLP policies, retention policies, and eDiscovery capabilities.
- Architect and support Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
- Lead mailbox migration and messaging security initiatives.
- Provide M365 architecture guidance across Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Support security, compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Develop standards, documentation, and best practices.

Preferred Certifications

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
