We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Planning Engineer / Scheduler to join our Engineering Support Team in Hyderabad. This role involves planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating HVAC activities for prestigious international building construction projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with international project management teams and contribute to large-scale HVAC projects involving advanced construction planning, project controls, and execution monitoring.

You will be part of an engineering support team working with a leading US-based contracting organization managing $500M+ construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed HVAC project schedules aligned with overall construction timelines.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.




- Prepare project progress reports, presentations, and schedule updates.
- Support manpower, equipment, and material resource planning for HVAC works.
- Analyze project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with international project teams for effective project execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Building Construction Industry.
- Significant experience in HVAC Planning Engineer / Scheduler roles.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems including:

- Air-side systems
- Water-side systems
- HVAC equipment and components

Knowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, and resource planning.Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in:

- Primavera P6
- MS Project
- MS Office Suite

Strong understanding of:
- Construction workflows
- Resource & cost loading
- Earned Value Analysis
- Project risk management
