About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling e-commerce advisory and talent solutions firm, we partner with high-growth D2C brands and global marketplaces to build resilient, people-first HR functions. Our clients demand agile, compliance-conscious HR execution — from payroll automation to employee engagement — and we deliver it with precision, tech enablement, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce talent landscape across India. Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, policy communication, and offboarding for e-commerce clients.
- Administer payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT), and coordinate with external vendors.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities tailored to remote & hybrid retail teams.
- Support recruitment coordination — scheduling interviews, managing ATS, and maintaining candidate pipelines for e-commerce verticals.
- Track HR metrics (attrition, time-to-hire, engagement scores) and generate monthly reports for client-facing HR leadership.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy, maintain employee records,



and audit compliance documentation for statutory & internal audits.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Dashboards)
- HRMS/ERP tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR)
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, GST)
- ATS Platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- HR Analytics & Reporting
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in E-commerce or D2C Sector

- Preferred
- Familiarity with India’s Code on Wages, OSH, and Industrial Relations Act
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Flipkart, or Amazon Seller HR workflows
- Certification in HR Analytics or HR Tech (SHRM, HR Analytics Cert by IIM)
