Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. This is a target-based role ideal for freshers or individuals looking to gain experience in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track hiring progress
- Achieve assigned hiring targets within deadlines

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is a plus
