Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 7+ Yrs Experience and Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries (IBM i OS) and system operations.
- Strong experience in Mainframe Operations (z/OS, JCL), Batch Processing, Console Ops, and iSeries
- Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure support and LPAR environments
- Experience with scheduling tools (Control-M, CA7, TWS)
- Hands-on experience with ITSM/Remedy and incident management processes
- Strong SLA management and operational governance knowledge
- Proven ability to lead Sev1/Sev2 incidents and SWAT calls
- Experience managing 24x7 production support teams
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management
- Strong documentation, reporting, and RCA capabilities
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA tracking
Preferred Technical and Qualified Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with an ITIL driven service organization
- Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
