Job Title : I&E; Design Engineering Lead

Experience: 10 to 18 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E;) Design Engineering teams.

- Plan, prioritize, and manage engineering workload to meet business objectives and project timelines.

- Ensure timely delivery and quality of engineering designs, technical reviews, and constructability assessments.

- Oversee process automation systems, including Process Control Systems (PCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and SCADA systems.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing engineering best practices and process optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable, and effective engineering solutions.

- Provide technical leadership in electrical systems, instrumentation, process control, safety systems, and engineering standards.

- Support engineering governance, Management of Change (MOC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and turnaround activities.

- Promote knowledge sharing, team capability development, and engineering excellence.

- Support recruitment, onboarding,



and performance management of engineering team members.

Requisites

- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong expertise in Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E;) Engineering within industrial environments.

- Experience with Process Automation Systems (PAS), PCS, SIS, IPS, and SCADA systems.

- Knowledge of electrical power systems, instrumentation design, process control, and field instrumentation.

- Familiarity with engineering work processes, Management of Change (MOC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and engineering standards.

- Strong leadership, team management, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in technical reviews, engineering quality assurance, and project execution.

- Knowledge of refinery, LNG process technologies, and electrical codes is an advantage.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
