- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Manage inventory, coordinate orders, and implement cost control measures to optimize profitability and minimize waste
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
- Participate actively in menu planning, development, and implementation of current culinary initiatives
- Assist in staff scheduling, onboarding, training programs,



and performance evaluations to build a strong team
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, demonstrating confident leadership and decisive decision-making
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure timely, quality food preparation and service
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify trends and suggest strategic improvements
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and collaborative work culture that values each team member's contributions
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products and competitive pricing
- Customize service experiences based on guest preferences and cultural considerations, particularly for our diverse international clientele
