* *Digital-First Content Architecture:* Programming and packaging video content tailored for maximum audience retention and engagement across diverse social and digital-native platforms.

Requirements
* *Experience Blueprint:* 8 to 10+ years of progressive professional success operating as a Business Journalist, Financial Anchor,



or Senior Producer within premier news networks.
* *Subject Matter Authority:* Deep, unshakeable command over national and global financial markets, macroeconomic policies, corporate governance, startup ecosystems, and sector-wide regulations.
* *Screen Presence:* Elite, high-energy on-camera presentation, stellar articulation, and a natural instinct for visual storytelling under live constraints.
* *Attributes:* A platform-agnostic, digital-first mindset, strong analytical depth, and the agility to thrive in a fast-evolving, high-velocity media house.
Requirements
