Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud PLM Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud PLM solutions across our enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring a proven blend of functional insight and technical proficiency to deliver scalable, future-ready PLM systems that align with strategic business goals. This role demands robust collaboration with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, integrated solutions. You will lead end-to-end delivery—from requirements analysis and solution architecture to deployment, support, and continuous improvement—ensuring adherence to best practices, governance standards, and Oracle’s cloud-native principles. Your expertise will be critical in enabling digital transformation, improving product innovation cycles, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud PLM implementations, including requirements gathering, business analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and customize core Oracle Cloud PLM modules, with deep expertise in:
- Product Development (PD)

- Product Data Hub (PDH)

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Redwood UX features within Oracle Cloud applications to enhance user experience and adoption.

- Design and execute comprehensive data migration strategies to transition legacy PLM data into Oracle Cloud PLM securely and accurately.

- Develop and maintain technical artifacts including:

- SQL queries

- Stored procedures

- Oracle APEX applications

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business needs into effective functional and technical solution designs.

- Provide ongoing production and non-production support, including:

- Incident resolution

- Troubleshooting

- Performance tuning

- System monitoring

- Support integration efforts, testing cycles, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live stabilization.

- Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud PLM implementation best practices, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements





- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud PLM, including hands-on implementation and configuration of:
- Oracle Product Development (PD)

- Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH)

- Oracle Redwood UX

- Strong technical skills in:

- Oracle APEX

- SQL and stored procedures

- Data migration strategies and execution

- Demonstrated expertise in functional consulting, technical consulting, and solution design.

- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and solution documentation.

- Solid understanding of system integration, UAT, and production support processes.

- Track record of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system monitoring in complex environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP API integrations

- Familiarity with BI Publisher and OTBI for reporting and analytics

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications

- Background in Agile PLM migration projects

- Hands-on experience across the full PLM implementation lifecycle
